At Matthew Ling Photography, I have worked solely in the built environment for the past 15 years. Many photographers in the modern age act as jack-of-all-trades when it comes to obtaining clients whereas I wanted to learn as much as I could regarding the one discipline that most inspired me, that way I could learn very specific skills to capture top class imagery. My photographic equipment is suited to architectural work, allowing me to obtain a range of images, from exquisite master shots showing entire builds to super-zoomed details of ornate or specialised features of a project.
I am an extremely professional, thoughtful, and personable person. I am always looking for new perspectives when working, anything to obtain striking images for my clientele. I work equally well with a project manager, site manager, head of marketing, or alone to create a portfolio that will successfully showcase any build or project in its best light.
I have extensive experience shooting on operating sites, so I am fully aware of the responsibilities and risks of working in such conditions. This gives my clients a level of comfort, knowing that I am not liable to make mistakes that could put people at risk.
Once we schedule a date, you can be sure I will utilise all my skills and equipment to capture images that truly showcase the beauty and functionality of your project. Having worked with some of the top architectural firms in the UK, such as HawkinsBrown, Pick Everard, and FaulknerBrowns, I have a deep understanding of the industry. Additionally, I have partnered with numerous small businesses associated with these architects and builders, always treating my clients with the highest respect. I maintain a high standard of excellence and have a passion for the built environment, which translates into outstanding architectural photography for web, social media, and print.
